Do you put my home on MLS, Trulia, Zillow etc...?
Yes. We are licensed Realtors and we use MLS. This may also include other websites such as Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist and even other real estate company’s websites.
What marketing do you do?
Besides the websites, we make fliers, advertise in HerLife Magazine, hire a professional photographer for pictures of your home and use Yard Signs.
Do other real estate companies shy away from using us because of our business model?
Since we offer a 3% commission to other brokers there is no reason to shy away. Plus, most buyers in todays market use the internet to find the houses they want to see and then ask their Realtor to show them what they are finding.
What happens if my house does not sell in 6 months?
If your listing expires after 6 months you have the option to relist with us or make alternative arrangements to sell your home. If you opt to relist with us we do charge an additional $495 non-refundable marketing fee, this is used to remarket your home again and if needed allows us to update photographs.
Do you take the pictures?
We use professional photographers to take photos of your home for our advertising.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes you may cancel at any time, however the $495 Advance Listing Fee is non-refundable.
Do you fill out all the contracts, paperwork and do all the negotiating?
Yes, we do all the paperwork and negotiations just as a full commission real estate company does.
How can you offer all the same perks as a traditional agency and not charge the same?
As times have changed so has the way selling a home has changed. With the common use of the internet by agents and buyers alike the amount of “legwork” needed by a listing agent has also been reduced. This allows us to save you money.
